Size Guide
A proper fit is essential for both safety and comfort. A helmet that is too tight can cause discomfort, while one that is too loose may fail to protect you in an impact or shift while riding.
Step 1: Measure your head.
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, a couple of centimeters above your eyebrows and ears. Refer to the size chart below in conjunction with your measurement to determine your size.

Step 2: Try on the helmet.
Hold the chinstraps apart and slide the helmet on from the back of the head to the front. It should feel snug but not painful.
Step 3: Check the fit.
The cheek pads, top, and front of the liner should be in full contact with your head. With the chinstrap fastened, try to gently rotate the helmet side to side and move it up and down and forward and back. A correct fit will move your skin and hair with it. If it slides easily, the helmet is too large.
Step 4: Test the retention.
Fasten the chinstrap securely. Then try to remove the helmet by pulling it from the back to the front. If the helmet comes off easily, it is not the right fit for you.
Step 5: Wear it for a few minutes.
Keep the helmet on to identify any specific pressure points or discomfort. Always choose the smaller size if you are undecided between two different size helmets that both feel comfortable.
