Due to our automated system that speeds orders into processing immediately for fast delivery, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. However, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to send back any unwanted items after delivery.

To get your gear to you as fast as possible, our system begins processing orders immediately. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to make changes or additions once an order is submitted. Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the selected shipping method, and your order's total weight. For the most accurate estimate, simply enter your address on the cart page. Please note that we are unable to modify the shipping address after your order has been dispatched. We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor its progress. You can also view the latest status by logging into your account on our store.

Return

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, repackaged with all tags and accessories in the original packaging. For details, visit our Return Policy.

Warranty

Your Rymic helmet is backed by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship. For your safety, we strongly advise against any painting, modifications, or alterations to your helmet. These actions can compromise the structural integrity of the shell and liner, and will void the manufacturer's warranty.
