Orders are shipped from our local warehouses in the United States or Europe.
For certain products or regions, orders may be fulfilled from our international warehouse to optimize availability.


3. Shipping Costs

United States

  • Free Shipping on orders over $159 USD

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $10.99 USD for orders below $159

Europe (Germany, Italy, Spain, and Austria)

  • Free Shipping on orders over €138 EUR

  • Standard Shipping Fee: €10.99 EUR for orders below €138

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and warehouse location:

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday

No shipping on weekends or public holidays
